Louise brings over 25 years of client-focused experience to Zeropath.eco. She started her career in software consultancy roles at Sage and MIH. Later, she co-led Point Progress for two decades and then worked as a Project Director at Civica.
Now at Zeropath, Louise ensures every client’s onboarding journey is smooth and effective. She’s known for her clear communication, attention to detail, and calm leadership style.
With a strong background in software delivery and sustainability reporting, Louise helps organisations get lasting value from their carbon accounting tools.
Caroline has worked in customer service for over 25 years. She started in travel and aviation, including a 20-year role with British Airways. More recently, she supported software clients at Civica and Linetide in compliance and success roles.
At Zeropath.eco, Caroline helps new users get started with ease. She answers questions, solves issues quickly, and builds strong relationships along the way.
Her background in both public-facing and regulated environments gives her the versatility to support clients across many sectors. Above all, she ensures every customer feels confident on their journey to net zero.
Steve has spent over two decades in SaaS sales and business development. He’s helped scale platforms across industries—from business intelligence and EV infrastructure to manufacturing and carbon markets.
Before joining Zeropath, Steve held senior roles at companies like Eyelit Technologies, Air IT, and Phocas Software. In each role, he led with a mix of strategic insight, practical execution, and strong client focus.
Now at Zeropath.eco, Steve leads customer growth and partnerships. He connects climate-conscious organisations with high-integrity carbon removal solutions. His approach is consultative, transparent, and always focused on driving real results.
